Before I ever coached anyone, I spent two decades leading teams in corporations and building my own businesses. I know what it feels like to carry a target, a team and a family's livelihood at the same time, and that is still the lens I bring to every conversation.

Since 2011 I've coached more than 1,000 companies, executives and business owners, and delivered over 5,000 hours of training, coaching and mentoring. In 2017 I turned that practice into HADE, an internationally accredited agile coaching firm that today spans 28 firms and 180 associate coaches.

I hold the ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), the ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC) and the MIND Master Practitioner credential, the first person in Asia & Australia to hold all three. I also design and lead three internationally accredited coaching certification programs.

Business coach to 1,000+ companies
3,000+ coaching hours and 2,000+ training hours for corporations and MSMEs; official business coach partner of KADIN, HIPMI, IWAPI and Telkom Indonesia. Top Business Award from IBF in 2016.
2017 – 2019
From practice to platform
Founded HADE as a firm-based coaching company. Named among the 100 Best Global Coaching Leaders by the World Coaching Congress three years running; awarded MIND Master Practitioner and Certified Master Coach.
2020 – Today
Master coach at regional scale
Awarded ICF Master Certified Coach and ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching, the first and only holder of all three master credentials in Asia & Australia. Launched HADE AI and expanded to Hong Kong, Qatar, Australia and the Middle East.
